I've found the floor of my dreams from Ebony and Co. - unfortunately it'll have to stay in my dreams since it's slightly out of my price range. I don't have an exact figure (around the €180 mark I think) but it's safe to say that if you have to ask you can't afford it. This company counts the Clintons among its customers so if you've a lot of digits in your pay packet I'd recommend checking them out. Or, of course, if you just like admiring beautiful wooden floors - like this Whitewashed Antique Oak.

Lidl is offering exceptional value with their mosquito net available from Monday 14th May for a mere €6.99!! Check the website or their ubiquitous marketing leaflets for more info.

Shabby Chic Chair

My taste is fairly eclectic (to say the least!) - from country cottage to minimalist and everything in between. I found this gorgeous chair on Etsy - a great online resource for handmade products. It's made by an English company called Bombus and although it's a little pricey at $520 (approx €383) + $30 shipping (on Etsy at least) it might provide some inspiration for anyone similarly talented to create their own version. Just take an old kitchen chair, your choice of fabric and some glue - sounds so easy but I dare say I'd end up with more fabric stuck to me than the chair! Might be best leave it to the professionals...
